Cancellation Policy
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before cancelling. Any cancellations that occur in less than 24 hours due to the client will be charged 15% of the service requested. Services cancelled by service provider in less than 12 hours will be required to post a refund of the deposit or reschedule to a date within 5 days.
All clients have a 15 minute grace period.
